      A Midland metal manufacturer is seeking Paint Line Helpers and Assemblers to join their team! Ideally would like to train employees on a 1st shift (5:30am-4:00pm) before starting a 2nd shift (3:30pm-2:00am) in early 2022! Starting compensation is $12/hr to start with room for growth after training is complete (shift differential is also available after the shift split). This is a temp-hire opportunity for those interested in getting their foot in the door with a stable and growing local Midland company! Benefits and profit sharing are available after hire!Responsibilities:Hanging parts on the paint line with hooks as directed; Parts may range from 0-50Lbs and occasionally involve a team lift.Removing parts from the paint line and stacking carefully by different parts groups to avoid damage to the paint.Assembly of components into finished products ranging from lab tables, distribution stations, etc. Assembly may including wiring or electrical components.Carefully inspecting the components as they are assembled for relevant defects and to ensure they are the correct components needed for the job.Palletizing and completing table orders and wrapping them prior to moving them to the staging area for shipmentAfter more seniority, an Assembly Worker may also work inside the paint booth with a paint gun to apply powder-coating material as the parts move through the paint line process.       A Metal manufacturer in Midland is seeking to drastically expand their team and are looking for General Laborers, Paint Line Techs, Press Brake Operators, and Welders! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company if you have an interest in getting some metalworking experience under your belt! Ideal candidates should have some experience with Welding or Press Brake Operation (6+ months) or the necessary certifications. General Laborers who are interested in putting in the time to learn are also welcome! Primary hours will be 5:30am-4pm (Days), but they will be starting a Night Shift as well: 3:30pm-2:00am Monday-Thursday with overtime as needed on Fridays and Saturdays. This is a temp-hire opportunity if a solid work ethic and reliable attendance record has been demonstrated!
