      Looking for an experienced TIG welder to work in a local equipment manufacturing plant. Will be asked to take a 3G or 6G weld test. There will be a shift differential for working the night shift!Responsibilities:Weld large metal assembliesAssemble a wide variety of products from prints as well as from written and verbal instructionsRequired to lift, carry and package parts and or assemblies weighing up to 40 pounds.       The Assembler is responsible to ensure that assigned parts are assembled in accordance with production guidelines. Ensure that all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product.Responsibilities:Duties and Responsibilities include the following but not limited to.Reads work instructions and follow established procedures.Aligns material and put together parts to build complex units.Performs visual Inspections to identify specific defects according to work instructions.Complete appropriate reports as required.Rejects components that don't meet the quality criteria as indicated in work instructions.Ensure that sub-assembly packs are placed in the pallet(fixture), separately, to prevent any damage.Rework defective product as instructed as excess of plastic by using heat guns, pliers, utility knives, etc.Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.Provide support on other positions within the area.
