      The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. Position reports to the Maintenance Manager. Position is non-exempt.Responsibilities:1. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and planned or unplanned repairs using skills and knowledge of the craft trades2. Appropriately inspect and operate all equipment and machinery as necessary including forklifts, telehandlers, and skid loaders safely3. Interpretation of blueprints, manufacturers manuals or similar documents4. Determine methods and materials needed to complete assignments5. Comply with relevant safety regulations and policies in the execution of all job tasks6. Maintain a clean and safe working environment7. Participate in safety, health, and environmental programs8. Be available for overtime or call-in as required9. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment 10. Inspect, troubleshoot, and report on electrical, piping, and mechanical issues11.
