      S/R Coordinator will assume a variety of responsibilities. Performing day to day activities involving customer service support to assigned accounts, establishing shipping and receiving schedules, and coordinating other functions related to the UHT distribution center. The position will require strong organizational and prioritization abilities. The coordinator will work alongside distribution center leadership, the sales group, and operations to efficiently establish the daily work requirements in the department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Input all customer profiles, data entry & ordersProvide accurate feedback to the Manager with regard to customer complaints Track shorts of assigned customers Set appointments for all outgoing and incoming loadsTrack and update appointments in ASCInput and update inventory in ASC Answer incoming calls Follows all company policies and procedures regarding GMPs, SOPs and Quality standards.Demonstrates problem solving and decision making ability regarding day to day operations Effectively utilize time available to achieve results through control over ongoing projects and prioritizing demands.
