The Customer Service Specialists will provide exceptional customer service; take inbound calls, be responsible for responding to customer requests for information on accounts and related products and servicesThis position is responsible for providing unequaled personal service to customers by phone in accordance with established policies and procedures, with accuracy and efficiency.Dress Code: Business ProfessionalVariety of shifts available $16-22/hour depending on shiftDirect Hire opportunityResponsibilities:- Answer and reply to all communication in a customer paced, accurate, and courteous manner.
