      Spherion Staffing is seeking a Digital Procurement Manager in the Minneapolis market.As a key leader, the Digital Procurement Manager is responsible for supporting the digital transformation of the Procurement organization, with enabling Innovation and standardization in Processes, Systems and Performance improvement across the functions of Sourcing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Cost Innovation and Supplier Development. The Digital Procurement Manager manages the coordination of IT projects, working closely with the PIT organization on delivering solutions. The position reports to the Global Director and supports with digital governance, digital process design, systems development-maintenance-enhancements, continuous improvement and team capability development.
