      JOB SUMMARY: Provides research and analysis support to the HR Shared Service Center (SSC) and HR Centers of Expertise (COEs). Acts as a liaison between the external customer, COE and HR Information Systems (HRIS) teams to ensure data integrity within the HRIS Platform. Ensures service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are at or above standards while striving to improve quality and customer experience. Manage the internal relationship between Tier II team, applicable COE and HRIS. Audit, system and process improvement and SSC strategy and operations.Responsibilities:WHAT IS EXPECTED (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for Tier II Specialists in decision making processes related to all HR Operational disciplines. Interprets and applies Baylor Scott and White (BSWH) policies accordingly. Operate as SME during decision making processes to identify upcoming changes that impact HR Operations and SSC. Liaise between HRIS, COE and business for HRIS Platform updates, new configurations, and business rule changes. Analyze data in the case management tool to accurately capture, track and follow-up on inquiries; entries used to monitor KPI trends, track performance, provide feedback and improve quality. Manage all data integrity, testing and implementation of COE programs in the appropriate HR platform. Manage data integrity initiatives with line of sight to daily operations. Provide thorough data analysis for COE project implementations. Lead system testing efforts and liaise with HRIS and the COE to resolve any defects. Assist Senior-level Analyst with User Acceptance Testing validation between HRIS and COE. Collaborate with internal HR teams to determine resolution for gaps in processes, additional audit needs and interface errors. Continuously reviews SSC knowledge base to maintain working knowledge of all HR applications. Where appropriate, participates in the delivery of training for BSWH staff, SSC staff, other HR partners, SSC customers and third party vendor resources. Provide reporting and metrics to enhance performance and customer service levels within SSC.
