      ? Serve as receptionist for visitors and telephone callers, providing information, assistance, directions and/or referrals as appropriate? Serve as cashier for business transactions? Assist in the process of adoptions and in returning animals to owners? Prepare correspondences, memorandums, forms, reports and other written work for approval and signature? Maintain manual records/files and computerized database of animals; compile, prepare and maintain statistical data and reports? In the absence of other Animal Control Division staff, serve as back-up for other administrative duties as needed? Assist with updates and maintenance of Animal Control Division websites; respond to e-communications as needed? Update animal lost and found reports? Verify animal inventory by checking each kennel daily? Take minutes from monthly staff meetings and transcribe minutes for retention and distribution? Perform clerical office duties (e.g. process postal and inter-office email for the building, photocopy, file, etc.)? Compile, prepare and maintain manual and computerized records of funds collected and/or disbursed daily by the Animal Control Division? As needed, travel to stores to maintain adequate inventory levels of kennel supplies? In the absence of the Office Manager, perform cash deposit duties? Serve as radio dispatcher as needed?
