      We are looking for Production Lab Technicians to join the team of the world-leading provider of bovine genetics, reproduction services, and technologies. Our client is looking for detail-oriented individuals for an entry-level direct hire position responsible for operating production equipment used in the cell sorting process.Shifts are available at the following client locations:- Windsor, WI- Dekorra (Poynette), WI- Rio, WIResponsibilities:- Maintain production operations of assigned cell sexing workstation- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and maintain lab documentation- Learn other ancillary processes throughout the production lab as business needs necessitate such as but not limited to Fhil, Centrifuge/tubes table, Sample making, Dish room, Incoming quality control- Troubleshoot issues that arise and communicate those issues with appropriate personnel (leads, supervisors, manager, or support group)- Provide ideas for improvement in the work environment (relentless improvement and/or RIB cards)- All other duties as assignedWorking hours: Various Shifts AvailableSkills:- Basic math skills- Multi-tasking skills- Strong attention to detail and focus on maintaining the highest level of quality at all times- Strong communication skills including the ability to maintain professional verbal and written communications with co-workers and internal and external customers/vendors at all timesEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:- High school diploma or GED required, post-high school education or experience within a production laboratory setting is preferred- Valid drivers license required- Ability to lift/transfer 46 lbs. frequently- Ability to stand for long periods of time and monitor equipment/computer- Ability to utilize a computer, keyboard, and mouse to accomplish work tasks Apply via the apply button in the top right hand corner!Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!       We are looking for a 2nd Shift Laboratory Maintenance Technician to provide maintenance support for the production needs for our biotechnology lab. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented and can work independently to perform corrective, and preventative maintenance on laboratory equipment. If you have experience working in a production lab and great time management skills this may be the position for you!Direct Hire!The $1,000 sign-on bonus is split into two payments- $500 received at the start of the assignment and $500 received after 6 months.Responsibilities:- Conducts instrument maintenance & troubleshooting; Optics, Fluidics, Electronics- Conduct corrective level 1 maintenance of a proprietary biotechnology instrument including fluidic chip cleaning, troubleshooting, subassembly repair of fluidics, stages, and electronics as needed- Maintain a program for preventative maintenance (PM) and calibration of all laboratory equipment- Fluidic component IQC as needed- Conduct optical instrument repair as needed including receiving ongoing training in optics technology and troubleshooting- Assist in the assembly and packaging of instrument subassemblies- Support R+D/QA projects as needed- Provide timely reporting of issues to supervisor in accordance to standard procedures and work instructions, priority feedback to supervisor regarding health and safety issues is required- Provide timely feedback to Production personnel of issues and resolutionCMMS(Hippo) complianceWorking hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PMSkills:- Maintain professional verbal and written communications with co-workers, internal and external customers, and vendors at all times- Flexibility with respect to job responsibilities- Gain a thorough understanding of the Company's business and the department's role within the company- Ability to work independently without direct supervision- Excellent manual dexterityEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:- High school diploma or GED required- Post-High School education in a technical, production, or laboratory trade program is preferred- Experience in customer service, laboratory, or equivalent production environment is highly preferred Apply via the apply button in the top right hand corner!Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
