Responsibities include assembling parts in a manual, hand-assembly environment. This individual will be responsible for safety checks, logging orders into the database, and inspecting parts for quality.Schedules:2nd Shift: 2:30PM - 10:30PM $13/Hr3rd Shift: 10:30PM - 6:30AM $13.50/HrResponsibilities:-Able to accurately produce parts by operating all manual work cells and able to achieve a minimum productivity rate of 90%.-Perform quality checks, audits and inspections to ensure products are defect free. Follow established process and procedures to achieve 0 quality defects.-Follow standard work procedures before, during and at the end of the shift as defined by the department guidelines.-Accurately transact job in database system -Maintain all equipment and tools within the workstation as required by the preventative maintenance schedules.-Follow all safety procedures and facility safety guidelines.-Participates in 5S and safety activities-Complete daily inspections for quality of assembled cartsWorking hours: Various Shifts AvailableSkills:-Able to learn to use measuring instruments (calipers, measuring tape, rulers)-High level of attention to detail required-Excellent hand dexterity to handle small parts and hand toolsEducation:No Degree RequiredExperience:0-1 yearsQualifications:-Excellent history of attendance and communication-Good work ethic and positive attitude-High School Diploma or equivalent-0-1 years experience in assembly environment required-Able to work well in a team environment -Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for up to 8 -12 hours daily-Must be able to bend, twist, push, pull, and lift products varying in weight.
