      A bit about the company:The fiber drums range from the size of a paint can to 77-gallon drums which are used as shipping containers mostly.None of the positions require heavy lifting but there is a lot of repetitive motions. So, people are going to be sore after their first few days.There is an incredible emphasis on safety, and our client is proud to say that they are incident free for the last 3 years.One of the great aspects of the company is that employees are paid based on how many different areas they can work in.Responsibilities:- Assemble cardboard drums with steel top- Follows all applicable safety policies and practices- Responsible for housekeeping and general maintenance functions within work areaWorking hours: 5:30 AM - 3:00 PMSkills:- Must be willing and able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.- Able to lift 50lbs consistentlyEducation:High SchoolExperience:0-1 yearsQualifications:- Requires continuous standing and frequent lifting/carrying, stooping / bending / squatting /pulling/pushing, twisting of the trunk and neck, reaching and grasping/squeezing. - Occasional climbing/balancing.- A high school diploma or GED is preferred Be part of our growing family!       Baler operator controls and maintains an automatic machine that bales rubber pellets.
