Meaning, you will work four ten hour days followed by three days off! OR, you will work Friday and it will be all OVERTIME! The environment is friendly, safe, clean, and offers room for growth!Job Overview: Set -up, operate and maintain machinery, ensure machine produces high quality products, runs smoothly and at capacity and is properly maintained.Responsibilities:* Ability to work in fast paced, high speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment * Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment start up and operation on multiple pieces of equipment* Experience in Manufacturing environment* Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at the high-quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials* Operate/Monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality and minimal unplanned stopsWorking hours: 1:30 PM - 12:00 AMSkills:* Basic Mechanical understanding; Trouble shooting, gear rotation, etc.* Must know how to read a Tape Measure* Must know how to use basic tools such as rachets, impact drills, wrenches, etc.* Analytical Skills* Attention to detail* Ability to handle heavy equipmentPhysical Requirements:* Able to stand, stoop, bend, lift and walk for extended periods of time* Ability to lift and maneuver large items up to 50 pounds safelyEducation:No Degree RequiredExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:Noted in Responsibilities and Skills.
