        Quality Control I Color Departments Supervisor reports directly to the Operations Manager, receives direction from the Manufacturing Supervisor, and works closely with the Q.A. Lead Person. Must learn what is required and the responsibilities for inspecting the manufacturing process to assure that quality finished products are being produced; required to perform final inspection of parts in relationship to pre- established standards and procedures and specifications. Must learn and be able to communicate potential as well as real problem situations to supervisor, machine operators, racker operator, slurry operator, packaging machine operator, and lead person. All documentation required will be reviewed and presented by the QA Supervisor; all information to be properly written and completed in a timely manner.         The Director of Finance and Accounting is generally responsible for oversight, supervision, and management of the company's Department ofFinance/Accounting and its personnel.
