      Spherion is recruiting an Executive Assistant to join our State of Wisconsin clients team!This is an indefinite, temporary position for someone located in Wisconsin who is willing to be onsite in Madison 2-3 days a week! We offer an upgraded Spherion benefits package as well as a PTO policy that mirrors the policy of the State of Wisconsin.Responsibilities:Under the general direction of the Bureau of Programs and Policy Internal Operations Manager, this position is responsible for a wide range of administrative and program support necessary for the Bureau of Programs and Policy (BPP) and the Bureau of Quality and Oversight (BQO). This individual provides a variety of administrative and program support services to Directors, Deputy Directors, Section Managers, and bureau staff, some of which are confidential. The incumbent will be expected to work independently and exercise judgment on complex issues which include assessing business processes and identifying more efficient alternatives for management consideration. You will act as a central, coordinating hub of activity for internal and external partners.
