      Your OpportunityWe are seeking a Production Planner, Expeditor to work closely with IDP Power Devices, Operations, Quality and Sales and Marketing teams.Responsibilities:- Day-to-day management of fabless semiconductor production scheduling, job creation, execution and closure for customer and supplier on-time delivery and optimal throughput.- Based on production master plan and /or new sales orders He / She is responsible for: i) ERP job creation & tracking activities, ii) Management of materials and service procurement, iii) subcontractor communications and related expediting activities. - Coordinate material needs with the stockroom. - Communicates with vendors to ensure adherence to delivery schedules. Investigates, analyzes, and resolves problem conditions as related to production jobs, schedules and/ or purchase orders.- Works closely with Operations leadership to ensure alignment on production forecast and potential operational impacts.- Evaluates production activities for continuous improvement opportunities.- Participates and monitors creation of Work Instructions, Procedures, and ISO Training within operations.- Supports accounting related processes, issues, and questions as needed (RMA, credits, DMRs, etc.).- Assists in all other production-related tasks as needed.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills along with attention to detail a must.- Effective Communication Skills. Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.Education:BachelorsExperience:4-7 yearsQualifications:- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field.- 5+ years of actual hands-on planning, scheduling implementation or related system knowledge.       The Manufacturing Technician may be responsible for the manufacturing and / or assembly operations within any one of the following areas - Laser Machining. The role will be a hands-on interaction with the operations team ensuring daily continuity of manufacturing processes and in-process inspections / product verification. As a member of the Manufacturing Team this person will be expected to work directly with other technicians on a daily basis ensuring product integrity / quality is met at all times.Must be able to work first shift:Mon - Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (1st shift)Mon - Fri 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (2nd shift)Responsibilities:Responsible for manufacturing and / or assembly of medical devices in a fast-paced production environment following specific procedures and manufacturing instructions with daily goals.Perform equipment set-up, operation, and in-process inspection in order to accomplish assigned task(s).Have the ability to learn and comprehend a broad understanding of various equipment set-ups (example - laser, CNC, micro blasting, assembly) and / or general operations in a medical device manufacturing / assembly environment.Ability to perform delicate, repetitive tasks is essential to many operations in the various manufacturing departments here at the organization.Ability to physically handle small, delicate parts is crucial.
