Performs highly repetitive, routine micro-assembly and laser welding of medical parts using a pre-configured benchtop laser welding system. This role operates under a microscope to weld components following Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI) and work instructions. Laser welding experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. It does not involve machine programming or technical troubleshooting.Responsibilities:Insert components
