      You will work on a team to perform all activities related to the digital printing process. Program and prepare jobs for printing, coating, cutting, packaging, to support production/customer needs. Trouble shoot equipment problems. Perform daily, weekly, monthly maintenance on equipment as required. Ensure product quality throughout the entire process. Develop, implement, and continuously improve product flow to ensure it is complimentary to company needs.Responsibilities: Operate digital printer, coater, cutter, and other supporting equipment. Program and prepare jobs for printing utilizing a computer, nesting software, and cutting software. Prioritize workload to achieve maximum output and meet production deadlines. Setup and maintain all printing equipment. Monitor product quality throughout the process. Control stock and purchased items by coordinating with Purchasing. Perform daily, weekly, monthly maintenance on equipment as required. This person assembles wire harnesses, cable assemblies, printed circuit boards/mechanical assemblies with the use of various hand tools, adhering to the standards required. These are long-term, temp-to-hire positions.Responsibilities:Perform basic assembly tasks at a proficiency and quality standard rate set by the plant.Read and follow written build instructions (process sheets) to perform assignedoperation(s), including numbered lists, color coding and diagrams.Perform operations defined in product documentation to build printed circuit/mechanicalassemblies.
