      Packaging materials returned to us by our customers; may be pallets, cardboard slip sheets, and/or top framesResponsibilities:1.Sorting of cardboard slip sheets that are returned by customers. Sheets must be in good condition to be put back into production. Training aids are available to define a good sheet versus a bad sheet. Examples of bad sheets would be damaged, ripped, stained, and/or contaminated. Any old production tickets would also have to be removed and discarded.2.Sheets that are deemed fit for production are to be stacked neatly in the designated area. The bin for stacking sheets also shows the maximum height of the stack.3.Sheets that are not fit for production are to be stacked in a separate pile and will be banded up and sent to the recycler.4.Sorters may also be asked to separate good and bad rectangular plastic top frames. The correct number of frames then needs to be stacked neatly on a pallet for use in production.5.Each person will be required to assist with daily housekeeping duties in the area. All trash and debris must be picked up, trash emptied when necessary, and the floor is to be swept completely.6.Individuals may be required to assist with other miscellaneous tasks in the plant.
