Make sure tile is the correct material and color2. Visually monitor all tile being made3. Check that the tile is good quality (surface, color, thickness, wetness, etc.)4. Make sure the blades are making clean cuts on tile ends and side trim5. Check/adjust that nail holes are deep enough6. Pull tile from wet line to quality check7. Notify QA of quality problems or questions8. Remove any reject tile, recycle and place mold on dry line9. Constantly monitor hopper to prevent build-up10. Bang the sides, shake or poke through build-up in hopper11. Monitor raw materials mixing system belts for alignment and wear12. Check molds coming in the tile machine from the in feed line to ensure they are clean and undamaged; stop line if needed13. Ensure that molds are being properly sprayed and covered by oil; adjust if needed14. Monitor recycler belt15. Watch liquid gauges16. Monitor and clean the cut-off system and recycle material17. Listen for potential and real problems with the machine18. Complete the TMO check sheets19.
