Pay is starting at $12.50/HRPart-Time averaging 20 hours per week.Schedule will fall between the hours of 7a - 9a and 5p - 9p M-F, and 8a - 8p Sat-Sun.Brand New Office!Comfortable Setting and Part Time Hours!Position Summary:Primarily responsible for answering the phone lines, managing the front entrance and maintaining thereception desk, utilizing excellent customer service skills while greeting visitors and homeowners viaphone and face-to-face.Responsibilities:- Provides direct receptionist support to all on-site property needs by providing the highest qualitycustomer service to inbound callers, visitors and vendors.- Partners with Administrative Support team and the On-site Community Manager to effectivelymanage the front reception area and inbound calls as well as assist with various administrative projects.- Filters inbound calls to determine appropriate direction.- Greets all visitors/homeowners and determines their immediate needs.- Monitors pickups/deliveries.- Assisting with Groups and Clubs.- Assisting with events.- Keep Retreat tidy and organized. Spot clean as needed.- Assist with Coffee Bar and other areas of refreshments.- Regularly tour amenities for homeowner well-being and safety.- Performs other related duties as directed.Working hours: Various Shifts AvailableSkills:- Excellent customer service and communication skills.- Ability to offer support to administrative support staff with ever-changing needs.- Ability to elicit information from callers and visitors in a professional and efficient manner.- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.- Exceptional organization and tracking skills.- Ability to function efficiently in a high volume, fast-paced environment.- Ability to proficiently utilize computer programs and company database systems, including MS Office(Excel, Word and Outlook), internet and e-mail systems.- Ability to interact and work positively and effectively with staff at all levels.- Advanced communication skills (both verbally and written), and the ability to communicate with alllevels of management and staff.- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively within the department as well as with otherdepartments.Education:High SchoolExperience:0-1 yearsQualifications:- Sitting at work station utilizing a computer in an office setting.- Setting up, taking down and stacking tables and chairs, bending/kneeling/stretching.Minimum Requirements:- High School or better.
