      The Talent Acquisition Specialist works collaboratively with other members of the Talent Team to deliver talent acquisition services for assigned positions. The Specialist represents the organization to prospective candidates and functions as their point of contact. Develops candidate pipelines utilizing a variety of sources to include direct sourcing, networking, and social media. Builds and maintains key stakeholder relationships with potential candidates, applicants, and hiring supervisor. Thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.Responsibilities:1. Sources, identifies, recruits and screens potential candidates, conducts interviews, administers appropriate assessments, checks references, and communicates offers of employment for both exempt and non-exempt position openings as assigned.5. Manages candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).6. Collaborates with internal team members to promote and facilitate hiring needs.7. Cultivates and maintains excellent relationships and consistent communication with candidates and hiring supervisors to promote teamwork and credibility.8. Helps establish priorities, manage deadlines and exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients.9. Maintains established performance criteria with respect to quality, process efficiency, productivity and speed.10. Ensures a remarkable candidate experience.11. Helps drives strong satisfaction ratings with customers, hiring supervisors and managers, applicants, candidates and other leaders in the organization.12. Ensures compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations.13.
