Plant clean-up team member will perform the necessary repairs needed. This position requires working in teams of two, alternating between sorting and repairing. Plant clean-up team member will perform stacking duties as well. When stacking, team member is responsible for correct and timely packaging of good cured tile, stacking time into stacks of three, loading stacks onto pallets, tying then wrapping the pallet and ensuring that the molds are full on the wet line. Prepares sprayers for use and operates all equipment. Selects and mixes coating liquid to produce desired properties and color. Cleans and maintains all spraying equipment and brushes with solvent. Heats and sprays wax onto products after they are tested.
