      Report to the Restoration/ Cleaning Crew Lead and/ or assistant/ Jobsite Manager. The primary focus is to photo document designated areas for restoration; inventory, label and pack out contents; clean contents (if applicable), stage boxed and unboxed contents, (furniture items) on the site or in storage, clean structure (if applicable), assist in other restoration construction (if applicable); post cleaning of job site and pack back of contents.Responsibilities:Restoration and Cleaning crew duties:1. Photo document all contents and structure of designated area for restoration. 2. Inventory what contents are, their condition and document where contents are from (room, dresser, drawer, etc) and box or prepare them for moving to staged area on site or moving off site to storage.3. Load trailer or box truck if contents are being moved to storage.4. Use moving blankets, forearm forklifts, dollies, furniture dollies, sliders and ratchet straps to load trailer or box truck and secure the load. 5. Unload and palletize contents at storage. 6. Clean contents (if applicable). 7. Organize contents by client and room on pallets, stretch wrap contents on pallet and label pallet. 8. Use pallet jack to move pallets of content to appropriate places in storage. 9. Post clean designated areas of job site after restoration and remodel are finished: dusting, hand vacuum cabinets out, wipe down cabinets, vacuuming, and mopping floors. Sometimes bathrooms and windows are cleaned as well. 10. Put back contents to designated area. Put back all contents exactly where they were-Neatly- at the jobsite or putting them back to a designated area per instructions of client.11. After completed tasks of the day at the jobsite: photo document work and send to supervisor, leave designated work area swept, organized and tools picked up and placed back in service van/truck.Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMSkills:Must be able to lift and maneuver items, practice safe and effective methods of work, use of equipment, cleaners and tools, work in a team approach-assisting in all required areas of the job for the day and maintain a good communication- without profanity with peers, supervisors and clients.Education:High SchoolExperience:0-1 yearsQualifications:Must have a high school diploma, a valid drivers license and the time to possibly be on call 24/6 when needed.
