The Fabrication Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment in a production fabrication facility, while supporting a safe and efficient production environment. This role supports operations with organization, minimizing downtime, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with equipment and building/office improvements in a manufacturing environment.Wage: Up to $32.00/hr Schedule: Monday to Frida

This position means to perform fabrication and welding tasks both in-house and at customer job sites. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong background in Mig and Stick welding (Tig helpful) and the ability to interface directly with customers to address repair needs.Direct Hire - Permanent PositionPay Range: $22 - $26/hr Location: Blooming Prairie, MN (Local travel in 1/2 ton pickup; no overnights)Schedule: Monday to Friday8-hour shift: 7:00
