Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
- Travel to homes and businesses as scheduled
- Perform consultations with customers to determine needs and discuss solutions
- Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Inspect existing HVAC systems for safety and efficiency
- Conduct performance tests using specialized tools
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC system issues
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- 1+ year of experience as an HVAC & Refrigeration Technician preferred

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience handling, installing, and repairing HVAC equipment
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Comfortable working on ladders, at various heights, confined spaces, and small crawl spaces
- Leadership/supervisory skills
- Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic
- Team player with the ability to adapt to changes as they occur
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Adherence to company dress code (long pants required: jeans or cargo)
