      This position will work as part of a team with maintenance and engineering and will have responsibility for understanding, maintaining, training, troubleshooting and assisting implementation with various automation equipment. Position has the opportunity for remote initially for part time testing and then could have option for full time. Records are located in Havre Montana requiring some travel. Project ideal for individual with Construction Management/Landman education in progress or graduated. Great opportunity for gaining experience with a corporate entity.Responsibilities:Initially running testing to determine remote management option. Quality control of land documents being stored in data base. Cataloging files and records accurately and concisely for company access.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Education or experience equivalent in Land Record Management. Experience working in digitized records. Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate level in Excel and Word. Adaptive to additional record management software and applications.
