      Spherion Staffing is hiring Quality Technicians to work in Zionsville, IN.SUMMARY Performs the functions of a QC Inspector under the direction of the QES Specialist. Responsible for the inspection of incoming and outgoing product. May receive direction from the QES Specialist as required. Shift and Pay:Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM $18/HRResponsibilities:- Performs incoming inspection on received product.- Reviews pick release requirements for inspection requirements, order quantity, box quantity and customer specific requirements. - Performs final inspection on outgoing product- Performs additional sorting and inspection on product requiring certification.- Handles and repackages finished products per prescribed methods.- References inspection standards, visual aids, limit samples, and other approved documentation or aids that define the inspection criteria for the product. - Measures product with rulers, tape measures, calipers, thickness gages, fixtures, or other gages required in the inspection of materials or product.- Performs detailed visual and tactile inspections when necessary to determine quality of product where limits are not clearly defined. - Ensures quality control of process through adherence to inspection and NCM procedures for disposition of product and communication of concerns.- Reports suspect or out-of-specification conditions to the QES Specialist for analysis and necessary action.
