      Main emphasis of the role will be to ensure that spare parts are accounted for and put into the storeroom for availability to the equipment on the production floor. To assist the Storeroom Clerk in the day to day operation of the Storeroom.Responsibilities:- Receive the spare parts list from each area leader that have been ordered.- Work with the appropriate person from the current maintenance group to work through the system- Take a picture of the part and document the part. Pictures are saved to a file location, saved to a book and saved to Maximo.- Work with the plant Supply Manager to create PeopleSoft numbers for each spare part.- Receive the physical spare parts from each area leader- Label each spare part with the appropriate PeopleSoft number.- Apply a barcode with the same number to the part.
