      Maintenance Manager needed to lead a national leader in food manufacturing, that offer with excellent benefits and a dynamic company culture!Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive documented preventative maintenance program for the facility (production, packaging, warehouse, and facilities).- Drive team to ensure execution on preventative maintenance plan based on historical failure analysis and specific process/machine technical knowledge, with the result being a reduction in unplanned downtime- Partner with department leaders to understand day-to-day maintenance support needs; develop customer-focused maintenance plan and direct maintenance team and third-party resources to ensure successful resolution of daily/weekly maintenance needs in a timely and cost-effective manner- Lead talent development activities for front-line maintenance team; assess technical skills of maintenance team; build and drive development plans for each maintenance team member to ensure technical machine and maintenance knowledge and skills improve. - Provide job expectations and role clarity for team members to promote ownership and achieve maximum uptime- Lead MRO team to ensure that a parts/inventory plan is developed and executed on, resulting in parts, tools, and supplies inventory levels that support day-to-day needs and preventative maintenance plans- Display fiscal responsibility through leadership and development of, and execution to, maintenance department budget in support of operational needs.
