      The Quality Coach/Trainer is primarily utilized as a coach for all new employees. This position will assist with the completion of shift production audits and cover for QC when necessary due to absence, and/or vacations.The Quality Coach/Trainer will help maintain standard housekeeping in accordance with the Third-Party Auditors regulations. Assist with the operation of other downstream equipment under the direction of the Production Supervisor and/or an assigned person.
