They are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. Salary offered for this role is up to $75K.  **This is a Direct Hire opportunity, NEVER go through the temp-to-hire process.** The ideal candidate will have proven experience designing systems that maximize productivity, reduce wastefulness, increase cost efficiency, and ensure high product quality. They will create, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing systems, reducing costs while maintaining standards of operations. Position Responsibilities: Review production schedules, specifications, orders, and related information to lead manufacturing activities Lead R&D on new and existing projects Use drafting tools and computer-assisted design software to create the layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency Estimate production costs and the effects of product design changes on expenditures Coordinate and implement quality control objectives, activities, or procedures to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, or minimize costs Communicate with senior management to develop production, design, manufacturing, and testing standards Maintains knowledge of best practices in manufacturing methods, trends and developments in technology and equipment; applies this knowledge to maintain the organizations competitive edge. Performs other duties as assigned.   Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong technical writing ability Expertise in working with engineering and computer-assisted design software Demonstrated skill in solving complex technical problems Advanced knowledge of production machinery and job-related service delivery equipment and processes High-level talent in computer technology and systems operations Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.   Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing and/or R&D related field Be a self-starter Strong written communication skills
