Responsibilities:
Perform final quality inspections using specialized measurement tools like micrometers, calipers, and dial gauges.
Interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings to accept or reject parts based on strict specifications.
Complete inspection forms, log sheets, and non-conformance tags for rejected materials.
Communicate quality-related findings with management and co-workers to keep shipments on schedule.
Assist with cross-functional tasks in packaging, shipping, and production line operations as needed.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Strong attention to detail with proven ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear floor reporting.
Proficiency in basic shop math and reading technical work instructions.
High reliability, strong attendance history, and a safety-first mindset.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in quality assurance or manufacturing inspection.
Ability to comfortably stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs during a shift.
