Responsibilities:
Perform visual and technical inspections on manufactured parts to ensure adherence to quality procedures and specifications.
Utilize specialized measurement equipment and run automated programs for accurate part evaluation.
Identify quality issues, manage non-conforming materials, and escalate discrepancies to leadership promptly.
Maintain compliance with safety standards, IPC ESD guidelines, and proper hazardous material handling.
Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance throughput and reduce costs.
Skills:
