Responsibilities:

Perform detailed final inspections on parts using micrometers, calipers, Rockwell hardness testers, and dial gauges.
Coordinate activities between Final Inspection and Shipping to meet quality standards and tight delivery schedules.
Complete non-conformance tags, inspection forms, log sheets, and travelers accurately.
Verify test results, accept or reject finished products, and take appropriate corrective actions.
Maintain a clean, safe workplace while assisting on the production line or with packaging as needed.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Skills:
Strong proficiency in utilizing precision measuring tools and reading technical blueprints, drawings, or drafts.
Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently in a dynamic setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
Solid basic math and problem-solving abilities to accurately complete log sheets and interpret instructions.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years of prior work experience, ideally within quality assurance or inspection.
Demonstrated ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and comfortably stand, walk, or bend during shifts.
Excellent attendance record and strong punctual work habits.
