Responsibilities:
Quality Inspection & Control
Product Conformance: Ensure all products—specifically electrical components, PCB assemblies, and wiring harnesses—conform to customer, regulatory, and internal standards.
Inspection Systems: Establish and maintain robust incoming, in-process, and final inspection systems tailored to both mechanical and electrical assemblies.
Validation & Metrics: Manage product validation requirements and report on manufacturing and inspection performance metrics.
Control Plans & Audits: Develop Quality Control Plans, process controls, and an internal audit program.
Quality Management System (QMS)
Standards Compliance: Maintain, enforce, and continually improve ISO9001 and AS9100 QMS standards.
Training: Provide QMS compliance training for operators and inspectors.
Continuous Improvement: Implement process and product improvements aligned with company objectives.
Handling of Non-Conforming Products
RMA & Customer Complaints: Manage customer complaints (RMAs) and generate formal inspection reports when required.
Material Control: Direct all activities to identify, isolate, and control non-conforming products, including electrical components.
Root Cause & CAPA: Initiate corrective actions, coordinating cross-functionally to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
- Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing.
- Product Familiarity: Familiar with electrical components including wire harness and PCB assemblies
- Computer Skils: MS Office, technical communication, and independent/team collaboration
Education:
- High School or Equivalent - Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality - Preferred
- CQI/ASQ certification - Preferred

Qualifications:
- Min 5 yrs of electrical component related experience in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent of a combination of education, training and supervisory experience.
- Computer skills; email & general business software (MS Office)
- Ability to work effectively alone and within a team environment.
