Status: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time, Immediate Start
Responsibilities:
Compliance Monitoring: Review recorded calls from Asset Managers and Customer Service agents to ensure FDCPA and internal policy adherence.
Portfolio Auditing: Analyze monthly and quarterly servicing samples to verify compliance with state and federal requirements.
Reporting: Identify and document root causes of discrepancies; prepare clear, concise reports summarizing trends for leadership.
Data Integrity: Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive information and performing repetitive, high-accuracy tasks.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
Typing Skills: Minimum 45?60 WPM (testing will be administered).
Experience: At least 1 year in administrative, QC, loan servicing, or data entry.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Screening: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
Experience in mortgage, collections, or bilingual skills (English/Spanish) is a plus!
