Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot & Innovate: Perform expert diagnostic repair of equipment and act as the go-to expert for complex field issues, inventing novel solutions when standard playbooks fail. Quality Control: Act as the "eyes" of the service department by evaluating jobs, auditing field work, and making detailed notations of all repairs. Lead the Standard: Ensure every project meets a flawless standard before completion and prepare to transition into a leadership role to guide the service department. Complete Projects: Maintain a "finisher" mindset, taking pride in pushing jobs from 90% to 100% completion with a positive, self-motivated attitude. Field Evaluation: Use your instincts to spot inconsistencies and subtle errors that others might overlook, ensuring our standard of excellence is never compromised.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Technical Knowledge: 1 year of experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Pool/Hot Tub Repair is preferred.
Problem Solving: A proven track record of creative innovation and the ability to stay calm and creative when things break in unexpected ways.
Leadership Potential: The ability to evaluate the field, invent solutions, and lead a team toward a shared standard of excellence.

Qualifications:
Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver???s License with a clean driving record.
Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and the capability to work in confined areas.
Professionalism: Must maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Availability: Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed during peak seasons.
