Starting Pay: $15.00/hr during the first month (training period), automatically bumping up to $16.00/hr once training is complete!
You will temporarily work the Night Shift for the first month of training, then permanently transition to the Morning Shift thereafter.
Responsibilities:
Quality Control: Regularly monitor and audit machine operators to ensure production meets strict quality and efficiency standards.
Documentation: Accurately fill out daily production reports, quality logs, and compliance paperwork.
Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Previous experience in quality control, machine operation, or a warehouse floor leadership role.
Familiarity with agricultural, food safety, or packaging manufacturing standards.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) to communicate with team members and complete paperwork.
Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for quality control and a good habit of keeping precise, organized paperwork.
Shift Flexibility: 100% commitment to working the night shift for the first 30 days before moving to the morning schedule.
Reliability: Excellent attendance, excelent work ethic, and a history of being a dependable team player.
