You'll work under general supervision, ensuring quality across our products and processes by establishing and enforcing rigorous standards, meticulously collecting and analyzing data, monitoring trends, and thoroughly testing materials and products.

Responsibilities:
Be the Guardian of Quality: Collect, analyze, and report on quality-related data from the production line, distribution damage, customer returns, and intercompany transfers.

Restore and Repair: Repair damaged products and replace defective/damaged packaging to maintain our high product quality standards.

Conduct Thorough Audits: Perform critical quality audits on inbound/outbound shipments and internal processes to diagnose and resolve quality issues effectively.

Measure for Perfection: Accurately measure dimensions of components and products to verify conformance to specifications.

Leverage Your Tech Skills: Input precise data and maintain the integrity of existing formulas in spreadsheets, utilizing your Microsoft Excel expertise.

Report with Impact: Generate insightful monthly reports on various distribution data.

Qualifications:
We require a high school diploma or equivalent, along with demonstrated knowledge of SAP functions, a valid forklift certification, and a moderate understanding of general blueprint and engineering specifications for identifying quality conditions and specific part requests. You should possess clear written and verbal communication skills, basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and the ability to read specifications and complete measurement analysis. Knowledge of how to use hand tools and a strong understanding of customer requirements are also essential. Applicants must have no written or final disciplinary actions on file. Physically, you must be able to stand and walk 100% of the scheduled workday, lift and move up to 40 pounds frequently, slide/rotate/partially lift heavy AC products (200 lbs +) on conveyor (with assistance for dismantling and repair), and bend, stoop, twist, and reach in all directions frequently and without difficulty.
