As a Quality Controller, you'll be integral to ensuring the seamless flow of products while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy. This multifaceted role involves inspecting materials and finished goods for quality assurance, efficiently managing inventory, coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, and assisting with troubleshooting to uphold operational success.

Responsibilities:
Conduct process and product checks to ensure materials, parts, and finished products comply with quality standards and requirements, including inspection against plans, orders, and/or drawings.
Report on non-conforming products, including rejects, rework, and customer returns, communicating quality or compliance concerns with urgency and accuracy.
Develop and maintain inspection reports and participate in all aspects of continuous improvement.
Perform inspections across all departments and stages of production as required.
Identify areas for quality improvement and implement new methods and procedures accordingly, often collaborating with a Continuous Improvement Specialist.
Implement and adhere to document control practices to ensure correct plans, specifications, drawings, and instructions are available.
Maintain calibration of quality control equipment where applicable.
Conduct record-keeping of checked and non-conforming products.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with 3rd party shipping methodologies (FedEx, UPS, freight scheduling and shipping, etc.).
Qualifications:
5+ years in quality or inspection role within a manufacturing environment.
Valid Lift Truck License is mandatory.
Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret Engineering drawings.
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an excellent attention to detail.
Ability to analyze and interpret information effectively.
Good understanding of test equipment and quality assurance/quality control processes.
Familiar and capable with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organization and communication (both oral and written) skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Must be customer service oriented and maintain a positive, professional relationship with all personnel.
