Responsibilities:
Process Optimization: Develop and implement methods for process control, testing, and inspection to guarantee flawless product performance.
Testing Expertise: Design and install sophisticated testing equipment, perform rigorous product testing, and analyze results to maintain the highest quality standards.
Defect Prevention: Identify and address product flaws, analyze trends in defect reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future issues.
Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with supplier representatives to resolve quality problems, implement effective corrective actions, and contribute to ongoing supplier quality improvement programs.
Data-Driven Decisions: Use statistical analysis and industry best practices to guide quality improvements and reduce defect rates.
Independent Problem Solver: Apply your professional expertise and judgment to tackle complex quality challenges with minimal supervision.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Skills:
University degree in a relevant field or extensive practical experience.
Experience with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) is highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
The ability to work independently and make sound judgments based on practice and experience.
