Responsibilities:
-Perform detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to identify defects or non-conformance issues.
-Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure products are built to the correct standards.
-Utilize various measuring tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify product dimensions and tolerances.
-Document inspection results accurately and thoroughly, maintaining detailed records of all quality control activities.
-Communicate findings to production teams and management, providing clear and concise feedback on quality issues.
-Participate in problem-solving efforts to identify the root cause of defects and implement corrective actions.
-Adhere to all established quality control procedures and company policies.

Skills:
-Prior experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment.
-Certification in quality control (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Inspector).
