Responsibilities:
Communicate directly with customer quality teams
Complete and manage all quality documentation, including:
SCAR
RMA
Defect analysis
PPM reporting
Perform part qualifications using standard measurement tools (calipers, height gauge, CMM, tape measure, etc.)
Oversee quality processes on the production floor
Manage 1?2 dedicated quality inspectors
Provide direction and support to 6 department supervisors
Analyze defects, trends, and customer feedback to drive improvements
Support internal and customer audits

Experience:

Qualifications:
Experience in quality management or quality leadership in manufacturing
Understanding of SCAR, RMA, defect analysis, and PPM
Hands?on experience with measurement tools and part qualification
Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication preferred
Ability to read and interpret drawings and tolerances
Communication, organization, and problem?solving skills
Experience leading small teams and coordinating cross?department quality efforts
