Responsibilities:
Run daily line checks: weights, seals, metal detectors, and gluten testing.
Perform sanitation inspections, ATP swabs, and sensory taste/look evaluations.
Log test results, calibrate testing tools, and manage retain samples.
Spot quality issues early, partner with production leads on fixes, and help with root-cause troubleshooting.

Skills:
Prior hands on experience running allergen tests and equipment calibrations.

Qualifications:
1+ years of QA experience in a food/beverage plant (GMP and HACCP familiar).
Ability to handle 12-hour shifts on your feet and lift up to 50lbs.
Sharp eye for detail and good record-keeping.
