Responsibilities:
Inspect & Test: Perform routine visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods.
Defect Detection: Identify product non-conformities and process anomalies utilizing precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inspection data, log non-conformances, and generate baseline quality reports.
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with production teams during root-cause analysis to help execute corrective and preventative actions.
Tool Maintenance: Ensure inspection instruments are calibrated, functional, and properly maintained.
Working hours: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
Skills:
Formal technical training or a certificate in Quality Control / Quality Assurance.
Basic familiarity with ISO standards or Six Sigma manufacturing frameworks.
Previous experience operating cross-functionally alongside production and engineering teams.

Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Technical Tools: Proven, hands-on experience utilizing standard precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Blueprints: Ability to read and correctly interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, basic analytical problem-solving, and clear oral/written communication skills.
Physical Demands: Ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, stand/walk for extended shifts, and occasionally lift up to 60 lbs.
