The Quality Control Technician is responsible for maintaining product quality, safety, and operational standards on the active production floor. This role focuses on inspecting active production lines, maintaining accurate logs, and supporting a safe, compliant manufacturing environment.

Daily duties include performing routine inspections to ensure products meet packaging and quality specifications, keeping accurate temperature and lot logs, and enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will quickly identify and report defects or line irregularities to management, while maintaining flexibility to work Fridays, weekends, or overtime during peak production.
Working hours: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Prior Quality Control experience in a manufacturing or food production environment, knowledge of food safety or HACCP protocols, and comfort working in a fast-paced, standing-heavy production floor setting are highly preferred.

Qualifications:
This position requires sharp attention to detail, strong time management, basic math skills for recordkeeping, and clear communication to report issues effectively to supervisors.
