Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
What You'll Do:
...
- Testing & Analysis: Read schematics and diagrams to test products and equipment using oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and signal generators.
- Prototyping: Build prototypes and related hardware, including mechanical enclosures, test fixtures, and assembly jigs.
- Production Support: Act as a go-to leader on the production floor to troubleshoot equipment issues and quickly resolve line-down situations.
- Quality Assurance: Perform qualification testing on new products and conduct specialized X-ray analysis on high-level, space-grade products.
- Safety First: Maintain a safe working environment by following all company work rules and EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) regulations.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: An Associate degree in Engineering Technology (from an ABET-accredited college/technical school) OR equivalent training.
- Experience: 1-3 years of related experience (we are open to entry-level candidates with the right foundational training!).
- Technical Skills: Ability to read electrical schematics, understand basic electronic components, and safely operate power supplies and test equipment.
- Hands-On Ability: Comfortable with hand soldering, printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) construction, and using standard shop tools.
- Note: A current resume is required to be considered for this role.
Bonus Points (Preferred)
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or research and development environment..
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a knack for solving mechanical or electrical puzzles.
