Responsibilities:
Review, record and track recording of easements.
Provide support to Title Supervisor, Senior Title Agent, Project Manager and project team members as required.
Ensure the accuracy of internal/external client requests, verifying property location and other relevant property information.
Review title reports to identify any issues.
Initiate appropriate curative action necessary and follow through until issue is resolved.
Conduct basic property research utilizing various databases and other online systems to confirm land title documents as part of the review process.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Ability to keep detailed records of any requests, projects, and emails before, during, and after completion of the review.
Relentless individual in "wowing" the client during interactions with administrative agencies, property owners, and the public.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
An educated professional preferably with their bachelors degree.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe and SharePoint.
Strong communicator with excellent writing skills, and ability to analyze data.
Be a self-motivated professional, looking to work in a team-oriented atmosphere,
with the ability to work independently.
Possess superior time management skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
