Responsibilities:
- Verifies the accuracy of shipments against bills of lading, invoices or other records; checks for shortages and rejects damaged goods. Routes merchandise and materials to proper departments and maintains as necessary. Places parts and inbound materials into stock and delivers to specified departments.
- Confirms quantity and places parts into inventory.
- Conducts cycle counts and continuous inventory audits. Receives all purchased materials and/or expense items into database.
- Performs transactions daily to assist on-line supplier reporting by purchasing department. Initiation of non-conformance process, when needed.
- Runs Kanban picks in multiple systems to pick parts needed and deliver to appropriate areas.
- Loads outbound containers; maintains all necessary warehouse and shipping/receiving documentation.
- Operates all warehouse material handling equipment. Rotates stock as required.
- Notifies Supervisor/Manager of any problems with procedures or equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
