Job Title: Receiving Manager - 26-00080The Professional Division of Spherion Mid Ohio is partnering with a growing organization in Richland County, Ohio to identify a detail-oriented Receiving Manager. This opportunity offers a pay range of $22-$25/hr.

This is a hands-on, process-driven role and serves as the first line of defense for inventory accuracy within a 150,000 sq. ft. operation. This is not a large team leadership role. Instead, this position focuses on ownership of receiving accuracy, organization, and quality control.
What You'll Do:
• Oversee all receiving to ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance.
• Verify incoming product, labeling, and system entry.
• Manage lot tracking and ensure full traceability.
• Handle hazmat identification and labeling requirements.
• Maintain ISO9000-aligned receiving and quality processes.
• Track productivity metrics such as receipts per hour.
• Support inventory accuracy initiatives with the Inventory Manager.
• Provide direction to 1 team member, with potential for growth.
What You Bring:
• 3–5 years of receiving, inventory, or warehouse experience.
• Prior lead or supervisor experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with lot tracking and inventory documentation.
• Familiarity with hazmat handling and labeling.
• ISO9000 or quality-driven environment experience preferred.
